Half Day Rate

Ideal for smaller projects that would require about 3-4 hours of photo shooting, i.e. residential extension.

£350 p/hr

What's included:

An architect's perspective, which will guarantee great attention to detail
Post-processing
Minor touch-ups, where required
Up to 15 high-quality images
Delivery within 2 weeks of photoshoot
A consultation prior to photoshoot to discuss:

- Any key elements your design that need highlighting within the images.

- Key elements identified by myself, if agreed with you.

- What the images will be used for, in order to know the file sizes you'll require (e.g. in-house publications, website etc.)

Room preparation for interior shots

Full Day Rate

Ideal for larger projects that would require about 6-8 hours of photo shooting. This would allow for photo shoots at different times of the day, maximising promotional material.

£650 p/hr

What's included:

Up to 20 high-quality images
Delivery within 2 weeks of photoshoot
A consultation prior to photoshoot to discuss:

- Any key elements your design that need highlighting within the images.

- What the images will be used for, in order to know the file sizes you'll require (e.g. in-house publications, website etc.)

Room preparation for interior shots
Photoshoots covering different times of day, and light levels (eg. early morning and night)
Option to split the time over more than one day

For Event or Gig Photography

I am more than happy to photograph your events or gigs. The pricing is an hourly rate of £40 p/hr with same day product delivery of up to 5 photos.

Additional Charges

Retouching - Specific requests post-delivery that may require a higher level of post-production, for example removing large elements from the image, will require additional fees of £25 per image.

Additional licensing - Any additional licencing required to the originally agreed/invoiced, for example for magazine publications and other third party use, will be an additional fee of £50 per license.

Copyright and Licensing

Copyright with Jamie.Dot.Photography is in accordance with Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Licencing will only be granted to paying parties. Not to be supplied to a third party. Licencing to be obtained directly from Jamie.Dot.Photography for the additional fee stated above.
